Important information regarding returns, replacements and refunds.
All confirmed orders are final. DefenseCore follows a strict No Refund Policy. Once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed, refunds will not be provided.
Replacement requests will only be considered if the product received is physically damaged during transit or if an incorrect product has been supplied.
Customers must report damaged or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos and supporting evidence to verify claims.
Once an order has been confirmed and processing has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Minor variations in appearance, packaging, color, branding updates or manufacturer revisions shall not qualify for replacement, return or refund.
